To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, and respect the time of the practitioner,
please review the cancellation policy prior to booking an appointment:
1: Cancellations & Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice)
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance via text.
Please include your full name in the message.
2: Late Cancellations (Within 24–48 Hours)
- Appointments canceled within this window are subject to a $55 cancellation fee.
3: Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows (Less than 24 Hours)
- Existing clients who cancel on the same day or fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, which must be paid prior to booking any future sessions.
- First-time clients who fail to show up without notice will be permanently ineligible to schedule future appointments
4: Excessive Cancellations
- Clients with three (3) or more cancellations in a single month may be asked not to return, as this significantly disrupts our scheduling process and limits availability for other clients.
